With over 25 years of expertise in offshore oil and gas, Bryce has worked in the Gulf of Mexico, Caribbean, and Caspian regions. As a proven founder, he has successfully commercialized innovative inventions and driven significant growth at Spoked Solutions. He advocates for a people-centric, results-driven management style that enhances team performance and progress. Currently, Bryce is leading AugSense's foray into the defense sector, integrating advanced AI-embedded sensor technology to transform man-machine interfaces. He heads a specialized team to leverage DoD resources for strategic applications in the U.S. and Canada.

Anthony Dobaj is a seasoned technology executive with over 30 years of experience in innovation, product development, and leadership across companies such as Boeing, Nokia and IDEXX. As the initial Founder and CTO of Augmented Sense Technologies, he leads the creation of life-saving devices that utilize cutting-edge embedded AI and 360-degree directional sound to enable hands-free mobile interactions. Previously, he established Gadgettronix, a high-tech R&D firm specializing in wearable and connected devices designed to enhance safety, connectivity, and user experiences through real-time intelligence. At Nokia, he oversaw the hardware development of the first CDMA mobile phone with integrated GPS and a color display, and at IDEXX Laboratories, he managed the electrical engineering team responsible for designing the Catalyst Dx, a groundbreaking medical diagnostics device. His areas of expertise include electrical engineering, embedded systems, artificial intelligence, and product lifecycle management (PLM). Anthony excels at building and scaling R&D teams, delivering MVPs, and developing intellectual property to bring innovative products to market. Anant Singh is an experienced entrepreneur with over 15 years of global expertise in product management, business development, marketing, and business strategy. With a strong foundation in hardware technology, and storytelling, Anant has successfully co-founded multiple businesses and advised executives and small business owners on operational efficiencies, product launches, market trends, and data-driven strategies. His early career includes pivotal roles in large organizations such as Pearson VUE, where he managed computer-based assessment projects involving computer hardware and expanded institutional partnerships through innovative solutions. At INAP (Internap Corporation), Anant further strengthened his technical and marketing acumen by leading marketing initiatives for cloud computing, hosting, and networking products, showcasing his ability to bridge the gap between technical innovation and market needs. His ability to navigate complex business challenges and deliver impactful solutions has made him a trusted operator and advisor. Anant’s entrepreneurial focus is on helping businesses maximize their impact through innovative strategies, particularly in go-to-market planning, customer discovery, and partnership development. A skilled relationship builder, he excels in fostering strategic alliances and cultivating long-term collaborations that drive mutual growth. As a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) with an MBA in Marketing & Entrepreneurship from Georgia Institute of Technology, he brings a structured and dynamic approach to solving business problems. Stephen Jones, originally from Texas and raised in Midland, Michigan, is a retired Naval Aviator and Commanding Officer with over 20 years of distinguished service in the U.S. Navy. He graduated from Purdue University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science in Management and a minor in Finance and was designated a Naval Aviator in 2000. Throughout his career, Stephen logged over 3,500 flight hours across various aircraft and played a key role as a strategic planner for USSOCOM, where he expanded the Global Special Operation Forces (SOF) Network. His operational experience includes deployments with Helicopter Mine Countermeasures Squadron Fifteen, flying the MH-53E "Sea Dragon," and commanding missions with Fleet Logistics Squadron Five Four in the C-130T Hercules. Since retiring, Stephen has held executive roles, including Vice President of the Global SOF Foundation and Senior Vice President of Skymount Medical. He also offers consultancy services in security, technology transfer, and aviation. Stephen holds a Master of Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School and additional degrees from Purdue University, the University of West Florida, and the Naval Postgraduate School. He is an FAA-rated Airline Transport Pilot with multiple certifications.

Camille Martin-Jones is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in program management, government contracts, and administrative operations. As the Director of the Program Management Office at Hayes Group International, she oversaw complex government and commercial contracts, ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and successful project execution. Her expertise in managing cross-functional teams and aligning organizational strategies with client objectives was instrumental in delivering high-impact results. Previously, as Director of Administration at VICTOR42, Camille played a key role in managing government contracts, streamlining administrative processes, and supporting mission-critical initiatives, further solidifying her reputation as a trusted partner in federal and private-sector engagements. Throughout her career, Camille has demonstrated a strong ability to navigate the complexities of government contracting and program management. Her earlier roles include serving as a Business Process Analyst for the Girl Scouts of West Central Florida, where she contributed to process optimization, and as a Project Manager for K12 Inc., managing school development projects with a focus on public and charter school systems. With her deep understanding of government procurement processes and project execution, Camille brings a unique blend of operational expertise and strategic leadership to every initiative she undertakes.

Mitch Strong is an experienced Electronics Engineer with 8 years in the field, specializing in the design and development of products for the commercial, automotive, and industrial sectors. His expertise spans a wide range of electronics and product design skills, including custom PCB design, schematic capture, analog and digital circuit design, and embedded MCU development. Mitch is proficient in using EDA tools such as Altium, OrCad, and KiCad for designing multilayer PCBs, including high-density interconnects (HDI). He is also experienced in sensor implementation, power regulation, and design for manufacturing (DFM), ensuring that products are cost-effective and manufacturable. In addition to his design skills, Mitch has extensive experience in testing and troubleshooting electronics, including power consumption profiling, digital and analog signal interpretation, and prototype reworking. His capabilities extend to in-house electronics manufacturing, where he is well-versed in automated pick-and-place machines, hot air reflow, and RoHS compliance. Mitch also has strong skills in 3D modeling for custom test fixtures, PCB enclosures, and potting molds using CAD tools like FreeCAD and Fusion360. He is familiar with various 3D prototyping techniques, including CNC milling, FDM printing, and gCode programming. With a solid background in embedded C and Python programming, Mitch is capable of developing complex firmware and embedded systems with real-time operating systems (RTOS) and low-level hardware control.

Armed with a Masters Degree in Product Design, Aditya had embarked on various projects that included designing thoughtful yet simple products, technically complex products, advanced speculative products, design for special needs and systems design. Within the realm of product design, Aditya’s passions lie in speculative design, user centric design and the fascinating domain of space exploration. He is am eager to explore uncharted territories and push the boundaries of innovation, crafting solutions that resonate with humanity's evolving needs. While his extracurricular involvements in sustainability are limited, his commitment to harmonious coexistence between humanity and the environment remains unwavering. I am dedicated to creating designs that align with sustainable practices and promote a symbiotic relationship between humans and nature.
